Register your HVAC installation with Modern Air Design.

Complete the form below to register for service, warranty communication, and future updates from Modern Air Design. Once complete and our system matches your information, you will be provided with your equipment Model and Serial Numbers to extend your warranty to 10 years. If there is no match, be sure to check that you entered your address correctly. Please keep in mind that equipment registration must be completed within 60 days of your closing/install date.
